The Yoruba of West Africa refer to the human realm as the marketplace. It is an appropriate metaphor for how community should be: A place where the beautiful diversity of people are able to live out their purpose, sharing their gifts for the rest of the community to enjoy.

And yet, we live in a system that is extractive in nature, that dehumanizes and exploits labor. It is a machine that asks, “What can you do for me?” rather than “How might I serve?”

I am committed to facilitating conversations and inquiries that center on purpose, possibilities and potentials. I want us to be fulfilled, no matter where we are and what we are doing. My coaching work seeks to eliminate the barriers to and build up the inner resources necessary to realize our best contributions to the world.

discover your purpose

Purpose-oriented leaders are more fulfilled, clearer in decision-making, and tend to advance in the careers.

As a Certified Purpose Coach for Imperative, I offer an online assessment that gives you insight into your purpose: Who do you wish to impact in the world? Why do you do what you do? How can you engage in work that is meaningful?

Even more powerful is a team purpose profile that supports your team in exploring your individual purpose drivers and how to leverage them to achieve more together.

designing for diverse & inclusive communities

Using human-centered design, we articulate a common purpose for the team, values to guide our work together, and brainstorm ways in which to bring our values to life in our work.
